--- POOR Condition. Water damaged with detached pages, 6" x 8.5". Soiled covers, pages have wrinkling and staining from water damage. Creasing and other wear.  27 pages.  The only reference I could find to the name P.D. Hibner was for his patents, I found one using google for 1917, this booklet is not dated.  It appears to present his engine designs including schematic drawings and discussing the operation and benefits.  There is also a proposed airplane engine near the back.  The booklet shows a proposed factory in Seattle and was likely intended to attract investors.  It would be interesting to know if any examples or prototypes actually exist or what happened to this person.
