Tonight I'm happy to offer, from a recently purchased estate, Antique - English Sterling Silver c1901 - Scroll and Shell Motif - Pair 2.5" Chased Silver Salt Cellars.
BIRMINGHAM 1901 - 68.3 Grams - EXCELLENT
CONDITION! - NO RESERVE!
These graceful and elegant salt cellars dates from the early 1900's, about 1901, of English make and origin, fashioned as a pair of 2.50" by 1.75" by 1.5 rectangular shaped cellars featuring an intricate surrounding border of a chased silver scroll and shell motif.
The cellars are solid and heavy with a combined silver weight of 68.3 grams.
The cellars are in excellent condition showing normal wear with no wear or rubbing to the design or details and no monograms, only in need of a good polishing.
The cellars are marked on the bottom with a series of small English hallmarks that date the pieces to 1901 and made in Birmingham.
As I usually do I'm offering this item at a LOW opening with NO RESERVE.
