Product Details:
This listing is for one (1) brand new Angled Boot Air Filter with 2 7/16" throat (inside diameter). The angled mounting boot provides that extra clearance for the rear tire and body components. The filtering surface of this filter element is about 3-1/2" (3.5") diameter and 4" (4.0") tall. Overall height from the base of the boot is about 6" (6.0").
Also included with this purchase is one (1) foam pre-filter. When used correctly the foam filter will do a majority of the work which allows your main filter to last longer. The foam pre-filter is washable and reusable. Foam is red in color
Applications:
For use on a Briggs and Stratton 5hp RAPTOR flat head racing engine with proper filter adapter (sold separately). This same filter is excellent for the Honda
Clone
OHV GX160 and GX200 motors using the proper air filter adapter (sold separately). These clone motors include the Ducar, Dupor, Lifan, Harbor Freight, Homier, and Jiang Dong brand engines. The clone engines are more commonly know as Blue, Yellow, Black, and Red engines as well as Greyhound and Predator 212 brand names.
This is similar to K&N brand filter.
Installation and Use:
To ensure your air filter works to its maximum potential, use the correct air filter oil on both the main air filter and the pre-filter. These filter oils are sold separately.
Pictures included with this listing show typical installation of foam pre-filter on the main filter element as well as removed
. Foam prefilter will be shipped loose.
You will need the proper air filter adapter for this filter to fit your engine
. This adapter is sold separately.
