    Description

    For sale is a pair (2) of souvenir mugs from the Hong Kong 2009 East Asian Games. Shaped like a snow boot, these mugs feature the Hong Kong 2009 games firework logo on the toe, game mascot Dony engaged in various games and a decorative band of snowflakes around the base. The bright red mugs have white imprint and Dony has gray accents. These unique pieces measure approximately 2 7/8" at the mouth of the boot, 5 1/4" handle to boot tip, by 2 1/2" wide and stand 4" tall. The game mascot, Dony, was inspired by lions and fire.
    Both pieces are in very good condition with no damage. There is light shelf wear on the un-glazed bottoms. There are a number of bubbles in the glaze and body of both pieces including a glaze pop on the interior bottom of one mug. It is our opinion these are not food safe.
