Product Description
For those looking for the ultimate 120V only plasma cutter with the best cutting performance and portability in the industry, the Everlast PowerPlasma 25i XTR delivers. With a maximum of 25 Amps output, the unit will sever up to 3/8", but also will deliver beautiful cuts right up to 1/4" thick with decent cut speed and low amounts of dross.  With a modern, blow-back style torch the unit avoids the pitfalls of old cheaper High Frequency designs, which include electronic interference and constant maintenance of the High Frequency points.  The unit has a simple front, single knob panel which outlines the expected output capacity on 15A, 20A, and 30A breakers. This acts as a guide to prevent accidental tripping of the breakers, if a 30A breaker isn't available.  This unit is perfect for operating on 4000 Watt Clean Power (5% or less THD) rated 120V generators.
As far as compressors go, this unit will operate on almost any 20 gallon compressor with moderate cutting.  For heavy cutting, consider a 30 gallon compressor.

Notes:
If you wish to power this unit with a generator, you will need a 4000 Surge Watt Generator.  The Generator must be rated as having clean power output, which means the unit produces 5% or less Total Harmonic Distortion (THD).  If the unit is operated on generators not rated for clean power output the warranty will be voided.
When using on extension cords, use cords rated for up to 30A for 25 to 50 ft.  For distances 25 ft. or less, the unit may be operated on cords rated for 20A.

Returns
For returns, contact must be made within72 hours of delivery so an RMA number is issued. If there is damage, we can help file a damage claim immediately.
DOA items: In the event you receive a non working unit , we will exchange it free of charge.
Items returned must be in an GOOD condition. We will inspect all returns before accepting the package. We will not accept packages that have missing parts, damages, and packages that have not been approved for return by our initial contact or packages missing an RMA number. These packages will be refused and sent back to YOU at your cost.

1- We have an onsite professional shipping and packaging department and adhere to all shipping guidelines.
2- We will try to ship orders as soon as possible after payment approval unless otherwise stated in description. NOTE: Since there are many ways we offer our products, on rare occasions there is a chance an item may go out of stock that we have listed and sold on eBay.
