    Missing 1 wheel, wheel cotter pin and washer, and several pieces that
    pull the string tight are missing or broken
    There is some paint missing from the wheels
    No visible cracks in the wood and the leaf spring is intact but it looks the middle staple use to hold down the spring was installed in the wrong spot
