Metal cone section measures L  8 in  and circumference at bottom is 24 in. Has 5 fluted section on top of cone that measure L 2in
Great patina almost looks like copper and inside has rust look combined with what was at one time looks like white paint .
Wooden handle L 20.25 in Total L of handle  and cone is 28.25 in
