Vintage Little Princess Anchor Brand Clothes Wringer Sample or Child's Antique

Vintage early 1900's Little Princess Anchor Brand "Best on Earth" Clothes Wringer Salesman Sample or Child's item. Wringer is in excellent condition with all original paint, no damage,  please see photos as part of the description. The red wooden piece is 6 5/8" wide, the whole item is about 12 1/2" long including the handle.  3 1/2" wide at the top, 2 7/8" tall. Both metal clamps are complete and in nice condition.  Could be considered an antique as it may be 100 years old or close to it.
Ebay collects state sales tax and I don't receive that.  No handling or packing fee.
