Vintage Advertising Milk Glass Apothecary Style Jar with Milk Glass Stopper Lid made in Italy. The jar is 8.5” tall with lid. In brown print and graphics it says, Hatchet & Gimlet’s Fashionable Hardware Store-Gold Coffee Pots-Silver Skittels-Parlour Cooking Stoves. Condition is excellent with no chips or cracks. There are squiggle lines cut in the glass on the bottom of the jar which were done by manufacturer. The stopper part of the lid seal is made of a rubber-like plastic. Nice piece to add to a collection or primitive decorating! Weighs 1.5 lbs.
