We are unable to allow local pickups as we do not have the facilities nor the manpower to do so.
If you happen to receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately and please take pictures of the details  - including the outside of the shipping box, materials and items so that we can work with you and the carrier to complete a damage claim and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
